WHAT IT IS
The SCI Council of Finalists is a recognition space for women whose journeys, stories, leadership, creativity, and presence reflect the heart of SCI. It is not only about achievement — it is about courage, authenticity, transformation, and the willingness to be seen.

PURPOSE
The council recognises women who have moved through growth, change, and self-discovery with honesty and courage.
Finalists show what it means to become visible without losing authenticity, softness, strength, or personal truth.

FINALIST QUALITIES
She shows up from truth rather than performance, comparison, or pressure.
She is willing to be seen, even when visibility requires vulnerability.
She demonstrates a willingness to learn, evolve, and enter a new chapter.
Her presence, story, or work encourages others to step into visibility too.
SELECTION JOURNEY
Women are nominated or invited based on story, presence, growth, and SCI alignment.
Their journey, message, and visible transformation are reviewed with care.
Finalists are recognised as women who embody the values of the SCI Movement.
They become visible examples of identity, courage, reinvention, and community.
